Josper Large Rotisserie Oven ASJ‐130

The Josper Large Rotisserie Oven ASJ‐130 is the ideal rotisserie for the hotel, restaurant and catering sectors.

The Rotisserie technique is an ancient, medieval technique to roast using a skewer or spit rod, which is ideal for large pieces of meat or poultry amongst others. It is the most primitive technique, where there is no barrier between the product and the ember (source of heat), no frying pan, casserole or roast.

The golden-brown color of the pieces is more intense and in addition to this, the arrangement of the products through the skewers enables the continuous wrapping of the food in its own juice. Playing around with different sorts of wood provides a wide range of flavors and aromas.

Features

The Josper Rotisserie ASJ-130, has a maximum capacity of 48 chickens, a grilling area of 1330 mm x 6 spit rods and a firing up time of 35 minutes.

The grilling temperature is between 200 ºC and 280 ºC, with a daily charcoal consumption from 30 to 34 kg average.

Included accessories: set of skewers, spit rod forks, 2 spit holders, 8 GN trays 1/1 inox, tongs, poker for coal and an ash pan.

It is equipped with 1/1 GN sliding trays, as well as temperature-controlled drawers to keep products hot, in order to complete their elaboration.

The upper guillotine door maintains the temperature and allows the show cooking, making visible the braising process and the preparation of food.

Its rotating planetary drum with 6 spit rods ensures complete braising of the pieces.

The rotation of each spit rod on its own axis makes it easier for each piece of product to remain wrapped in its own juices, thus preventing them from remaining dry and guaranteeing their aroma and juiciness.

For better cleaning, such as all Josper equipment, the rotisserie is provided with an ash collector.

What is the difference between lease and rental?
Under a rental agreement, you do not own the equipment nor are you making payment instalments against a final purchase fee. Our rental agreements however provide the flexibility for you to hand back the equipment for no penalty fee at the end of the contract period while service and maintenance is inclusive in your rental payment.

How much do I pay?
We charge monthly rental payments for the equipment to make it easy to budget. After you secure the items with the equivalent of a single weekly payment through the website we will ask for an 12-week deposit upfront, but this will be returned to you when you complete your contract as long as the equipment is in good order.

What credit checks will you do?
We ask all our rental customers to fill in a credit check form before we agree to send out equipment. It’s conducted through our partners at Experian, one of the world’s leading experts in credit. The form takes five minutes and is easy to understand, we can do this by sending you a link or over the phone. This allows us to understand the right level of credit to extend, which protects you from undue financial burden.

Will your credit check affect my credit score?
We undertake a soft credit check to assess your eligibility for our rental products.

When do I get my equipment?
7-10 days if ex stock, our advisors will let you know when you are finalising your order.

Do I need to pay for installation?
This depends on the equipment, but in most cases you will have to pay towards installation.

Curbside deliveries
All deliveries, unless otherwise stated, are curbside deliveries. This means we deliver to the curb at your property, and you are responsible for moving them into position and installation.

Can I rent more if I already have one contract with you?
If your business is growing or you suffer an expected breakdown you can rent more! Each time you do we keep this simple and easy so you have clear view of your payment dates and amounts for each new addition!

What happens if the equipment breaks down?
Under rental contracts we will arrange for your equipment to be fixed if there is a problem with it.

Important equipment information
There may be a variety of power connections available with this product, or it may require additional connection equipment. Please also ensure that you have the correct power source in place to run the equipment. Please check with your sales representative if you’re unsure.
